Above, since we are using a new compressor, a precise amount of lubricant must be added before charging the system. I.C.E uses Texaco HFC synthetic. RIGHT, the completed system is first evacuated, then charged with R134a freon. As you can see, the charging has to be done using the correct equipment to prevent any freon from escaping into the atmosphere.
